Service Description

THIS IS A FREE CLASS FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY. If you prefer to join along our dance cardio from the comfort of your own home, this class is for you. This class includes dance cardio and toning. Materials needed: - Water - Yoga Mat - Sweat Rag - Two 5lb weights - 8 to 10lb weighted ball - Jump Rope - Stepper - Booty Band - Positive Attitude See you soon! Monthly Plans: We do have monthly plans available that offer you approximately 20% discount per class compared to you paying per session. To take advantage of our monthly packages, go to our members page and sign up as a member. Then fill out the "contact me" form at the bottom of our homepage to let us know that you are interested in monthly classes and you will be sent an invoice via email. Monthly plans consist of 12 consecutive classes over a 4 week period (3 classes per week). After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to the location for face to face classes and/or the Zoom link for virtual classes.
